Peer-led Support Group

About us:
• The Voices of Brain Injury Support Group provide a safe and inclusive space for those in the brain injury community to connect and share your recovery journey
• Meet with and support other individuals with similar injuries and symptoms
• Share your experience and learn from others' journeys
• Please note that the support group is open to individuals with brain injuries only; if you are a caregiver or family member in need of support, please reach out and we will share appropriate resources with you!

The format:
• Bi-weekly peer-led meetings (approximately 1 hour long) using a secure online video platform
• An online support chat channel to share resources and connect with others in the community
• The sessions are largely discussion based with questions to guide conservations
• We offer great flexibility; you can come to one session, leave part way, or attend sessions regularly!
